Humanitarian Cases and More
Our firm has experience handling cases for people who have been victims of crimes (U Visas), victims of trafficking (T Visas), and victims of domestic violence (VAWA). If you think one or more of these categories may apply to you, please call our office today to set up a consultation so that one of our attorneys can evaluate your options.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a program for people who were minors when they entered the U.S. (before June 15, 2007), have no serious criminal record, are either in school, have graduated, or are in the military, and who were under 31 on August 15, 2012. Currently, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is not accepting initial DACA applications, but if you already have DACA status you should renew it. Even if your status has expired, you may still be able to renew. Please call our office today to set up a consultation.
